I am Venilla Rajaguru.
I am an Author, Scholar, and an Entrepreneur.
I've also worked as an International Development professional, and have gained valuable experience in Community Outreach, and Communications Management for Change, Crisis, and Issues Management of transnational organizations. In Oct 2021, I founded KeyVisory Consulting, to offer business solutions and community development pathways using my analytical method of PACE - Principles & Accountability Criteria of the Enterprise.
Recently, I founded another organization, a nonprofit called, The Peacebright Institute. As the name indicates, it's a Peace Institute for promoting peace through conferences, dialogues, panel discussions, research, and training in mediation, nonviolence, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
As the Founder of The Peacebright Institute, am dedicated to developing it into a premier institution for community peacebuilding initiatives. Am passionate about serving my community, networking and collaborating with other peace organizations in the U.S., and through the U.N., for the benefit of all.
As a Poet, I give book talks, speak on creative writing, and on the lyrical and metaphorical stylistics of my poetry. Poetry is my persistent passion, making me thrive with creative insights in our everchanging world. Poetry gives me the drive to deliver literary talks, and also stay self-motivated and inspired to do the good work of an educator.
As a trained Scholar with International Law background, I write and speak on topics covering The Law of the Sea, Space governance, and issues pertaining to Indo-Pacific relations. My interdisciplinary approach of pooling together Science & Technology Social Studies with International Studies and International Law, provides insights into the complexities of our world.
my Poetry
I love to do poetry readings for readers of literatures in English. I write only in English. Am available to serve as a panelist, and as a speaker in literary festivals and in classroom sessions.
My poetry rich in metaphorical stylistics and symbolism is for anyone over 16years of age. My poetry renditions span the sociological, philosophical and metaphysical dimensions of our human experience. The 'Resurging' principle of the human Will to revive, with renewed purpose against all odds is particularly motivational. This is the central tenet of my new poetry book of 101 poems, titled RE-SURGING.

I am an experienced course director, trained in instructional skills and in participatory group training modules. My experience in teaching, training, and lecturing is well recognized and respected beyond the educational sector, with growing needs in corporate and non-profit sectors.
